What is Michelle Kwan's personal life experience?

Michelle Kwan was born in torrance, Los Angeles County, California. She is the third child of her father Guan Huitang and her mother Guan Shuyi. They immigrated from Hong Kong to America. When Michelle Kwan was a child, she would speak Cantonese and English at home. Besides, she can speak some simple Mandarin. Michelle Kwan became interested in figure skating when she was five years old. Because her brother was an ice hockey player and her sister was a figure skater, she followed them to participate in ice sports.
