What is the domestic level of Ukrainian academicians?

Ukrainian academicians are equivalent to the level of tutors for primary and secondary school students in China. In Ukraine, academicians are experts and scholars who have made outstanding achievements in academia and science and technology, and were awarded the honorary title of "National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine". This appointment system is equivalent to the level of tutors for middle and graduate students in Chinese mainland.
