Where does Shanxi belong?

Shanxi belongs to North China. North China is one of the geographical divisions of China. In physical geography, it generally refers to the vast areas north of the Huaihe River Line in Qinling Mountains and south of the Great Wall. Including Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shanxi and Inner Mongolia.
