In fact, the problem that threatens the life of the optical disc mainly comes from the polycarbonate resin covered on the surface of the optical disc. The article clearly pointed out that the polycarbonate resin thought to be corrosion-resistant failed to meet people's expectations. Although it can't be seen by naked eyes, the slight corrosion on its surface will lead to the loss of data and information.

However, Germany's annual "Ears of New Music" pointed the finger at record companies. In their view, in order to pursue the commercial sensation brought by new technology, the original record company blindly pursued new storage media and used CD technology, without considering the problem of life. More dangerous than CD music and DVD movie collection is the popular CD backup industry in recent years. The testing of Pc-Active lasted for two years, and 30 different brands of CD-R discs were tested. The test results are shocking. Many CD-R discs cannot be read in less than two years. At the end of the test article, Pc-Active wrote: "It is generally believed that CD-R will be effective for at least 65,438+00 years, and even some manufacturers claim that it can last for a century. But our test results show that they are exaggerating publicity. "

Just when collectors of CD music and DVD movies complained that their collections were running out of time, FlexPlay and Disney "did the opposite" and developed a disposable self-destruct DVD called EZ-D, which can only exist for 48 hours after being exposed to the air in Kaifeng. Disney intends to use this technology in the movie rental market and use chemical methods to realize the encryption effect of the original DVD coding program. However, environmentalists reacted violently to the one-time self-destruction DVD and were filled with indignation. If you want to save the CD for a long time:

Many people put their burning discs in small plastic, which is not good. After a while, the sound will stick, and the poor disc will peel off the protective layer.

It is recommended to use a large CD treasure and put it vertically, so as to ensure the life of the disc.

The important reason why the disc placed in the disc bag is easy to be broken is that the disc is easy to be squeezed and deformed in the bag, and once deformed, it is easy to sound and read.

If you are short of money, the best way is to put the engraved CD back in a 50P CD barrel, preferably under 25P, so that it is easy to find the CD and make a list in each barrel.

Don't worry, as long as the plates in the bucket don't move often, they can't be scraped, because there is a bump on each plate to keep the spacing between them.

Don't take this bucket with disks around it, because although there is a gap between each disk in the bucket, the gap is very small. If you encounter sudden movement, the joints between the disks will make a sound, thus causing "pits" on the disks.

Well, as long as you keep it properly and use it well, it is no problem to keep your disk for more than 10 years.

Finally, there is no problem with the volume of the disc and the machine. For example, my LG 16X engraving RIDATA and BenQ C2 have not been measured.

But a friend of mine used his Sony to carve the same disc and batch, and BenQ's performance was really poor. It is difficult to approve this proposal.

No matter how many times the same plate, such as woodpecker CMC's, is engraved on my LG 16X, C2 is very large, and C2 is as high as several thousand. It is quite difficult to read the engraved disc on other machines, and it can't be copied completely, and there are many bad tracks. However, CMC woodpecker only carved 1 2 C2 in LG 48X of a friend's house.

So pay attention to the compatibility between the CD and the machine. Comparatively speaking, CDRs of RITEK, RIDATA and BenQ have good compatibility. The engraving reads quite smoothly.
