Conditions for permanent residence in Thailand

Legal analysis: 1. Hold a work permit in Thailand for at least three consecutive years;

2. Working in the current company for at least one year;

3. Earn an annual income of at least 80,000 baht per month for at least two consecutive years, or submit a tax return of 65,438+000,000 baht per year for at least two consecutive years.

Legal basis: Thailand Immigration Law III. Foreign citizens who meet certain conditions can apply for permanent residency in Thailand. Including but not limited to holding a work permit for at least three years before application, working in the same organization for at least one year before application, and earning at least 80,000 baht in the first two years.
