The historical evolution of tea.
Tea has a long history. Tea, also known as Nansha, from the Jin Dynasty to the Southern and Northern Dynasties, gradually gathered sand and became land due to the impact of ancient seawater. In the early Tang Dynasty, it was a salt-frying kiosk, where immigrants lived. According to legend, there was a health tree (palm) and a tea tree in the Tang Dynasty. The stems were more than ten feet high and the crown was as big as a cover. Fishermen often get lost when they go fishing at sea. So they are all based on the two trees of tea. They come and go, then set up stalls to barter, build sheds to live in, dig wells into the city and name them tea. It has been used since the Tang and Song Dynasties. Tea is also called Nansha. According to legend, before the Tang Dynasty, there was Beisha in the sea, and tea was located in the south of Beisha, hence the name Nansha. In the Ming Dynasty, there was Nansha Academy. Youyun, a local tea, is called Minghai, also called Chajiang. Tea in the Tang Dynasty was a frying salt field pavilion, which was set up in Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties. Yangzhou Road was changed at the beginning of the Yuan Dynasty, belonging to 29 counties of Ninghai, Yangzhou Prefecture, and Taizhou County, Yangzhou Prefecture, Jiangsu Province. In the first year of Qianlong (1736), it belonged to Tongzhou branch of Huai River and Huai River, and in the third year of Qianlong (1738), it belonged to Dongtai County of Yangzhou Prefecture, and until 1940+00, it belonged to Taidong County. In the second year of the Republic of China (19 13), a tea market was established, and in the eighteenth year of the Republic of China (1929), a tea town was established. The history and culture here are profound. Tea was built in the first year of Zhenguan in Tang Dynasty (AD 627), with a long history of thousands of years, leaving many folk cultural sites. Injustice written by Xu Shukui, a famous poet in Qing Dynasty, is one of the four major literary prison cases in Qing Dynasty, and the place where he wrote One Column Building is exactly where the former Qiancha Primary School was located. Shousheng Temple, Fan Gongdi and other historical sites are well preserved.
Simple and industrious people warmly welcome people of insight at home and abroad to visit, cooperate and invest in the tea industry, and create new tea with harmonious society, civilized rural customs, livable prosperity and economic prosperity.
