Construction course of Longtan hydropower station

Since 1956, Chengdu Survey and Design Institute, Pearl River Basin Water Conservancy Commission, Guangxi Hydropower Design Institute and other units have successively planned the main stream of Hongshui River, and selected several Longtan cascade dams for survey and design.

1969- 1972, Guangxi Hydropower Design Institute selected Liupai and Longtan dam site in Longtan cascade dam section to conduct the dam site survey in the first stage of preliminary design, and put forward the Engineering Geological Survey Report of Longtan Hydropower Station in Hongshui River, recommending Longtan as the dam site.

From 65438 to 0978, Zhongnan Survey and Design Institute took over the survey and design work of Longtan Project.

In June, the State Council approved the comprehensive utilization plan of Hongshui River basin development. According to the plan, the Hongshui River will build a 10 cascade power station with a total installed capacity of120,000 kilowatts, making it clear that Longtan is "the first key project related to the whole basin". 1In August, 1990, the Ministry of Energy presided over the preliminary design review meeting of Longtan Hydropower Station, and thought that the power station hub project should be built at Longtan dam site.

1990165438+1October 2, the Ministry of Energy approved the preliminary design report of Longtan Hydropower Station.

19911On February 25th, the State Environmental Protection Bureau approved the environmental impact report of Longtan Project.

1992 April 12, the State Planning Commission gave an official reply to the Ministry of Energy: after being approved by the State Council, it agreed in principle to build Longtan Hydropower Station.

1in may, 1992, China international consulting co., ltd held a feasibility evaluation meeting of Longtan hydropower station in Nanning, and approved the construction scheme of "the power station will have an installed capacity of 4.2 million kilowatts when the normal storage level is 375 meters in the near future and 5.4 million kilowatts when it is 400 meters in the long term".

1992 may 16, the Ministry of energy and the state energy investment corporation put forward their review opinions on the implementation plan of the resettlement in the Longtan project reservoir area proposed by Guizhou and Guangxi.

1May 25th, 1992: The ground was recently broken on the 8 1 km external secondary road from the dam site of Longtan Hydropower Station to Xiaochang Railway Station in Nandan County, Guangxi, with an estimated total investment of nearly 200 million yuan. This project marks the beginning of the preliminary project of Longtan Hydropower Station.

1993 Longtan project has been listed as a large and medium-sized preparatory construction project for the national electric power capital construction by the State Planning Commission.

1993 07 18 The State Planning Commission approved the feasibility study report of utilizing foreign capital for Longtan Hydropower Station, and agreed to use the World Bank loan1300 million US dollars.

1997 10, Longtan Bridge in the early stage of Longtan Hydropower Station was completed.

On June 1999, 17- 18, the review meeting of "Special Demonstration Report on Longtan Hydropower Station Construction" was held in Beijing.

1999 12.26, Longtan hydropower development co., ltd. was established in Nanning, thus defining the investment subject of Longtan project and establishing the project legal person.

On June 27th, 2000, 19, all shareholders of Longtan Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. signed a letter of commitment to provide funds for Longtan Project.

On June 26th, 2000, Guangdong Electric Power Group Company sent a letter to Longtan Hydropower Development Co., Ltd., agreeing in principle to buy and sell 30% of the power of Longtan Hydropower Station.

On August 14, 2000, the review meeting of Supplementary Report on Feasibility Study of Hongshuihe Longtan Hydropower Station, which was entrusted by the State Planning Commission and held by China International Engineering Consulting Company, ended in Nanning.

On June 3rd, 2000, 165438+, the preliminary project of "Right Bank Highway in the Field" of Longtan Hydropower Station started.
