Why did Europeans occupy America so easily?

250 years ago, there was no country like the United States. In other words, European immigrants created America, not occupied it.

Before the United States appeared, this land belonged to the colonies of Britain, France and Spain.

Further, before the colony, it belonged to an Indian tribe, and European immigrants occupied it through weapons, smallpox and money.
