IELTS reading scoring standard
The scoring standard of IELTS reading depends on two different categories. If you are studying abroad, you will get 40 questions correctly in Class A, and 39 or more will be full marks. If it is a closed interval of 37 to 38, it is 85 points, 35 to 36 is 8 points, and so on. If it is aimed at immigrant candidates, it is G reading. You can get 8 points for answering 38 questions correctly, 8.5 points for 39 questions and 9 points for 40 questions, and then gradually decrease 0.5 points for every two questions.
