Xiaocaiyuan Village in Guiyuan Street is located in the northeast corner of Linzhou City, just to the north of Guiyuan Street, bordering Lingyang Town in the north, facing Kaiyuan Street in the west across Taihang Road, adjacent to Dacaiyuan Village and Qushan Village in the south, facing Hengshui Town across the mountain in the east, and the village committee is located in the north of Lv Lin Avenue in the village center.
