What is the area of Zhelin Reservoir?

Hello, Zhelin Reservoir was completed at the end of 1975. The dam length is 590.7 meters, the maximum dam height is 62 meters, and the rainwater collection area is 9340 square kilometers, accounting for 63.5% of the whole Hexiu River Basin. The total storage capacity is 7.92 billion cubic meters, which is the highest in China, including 3.2 billion cubic meters for flood control and 3.44 billion cubic meters for Li Xing. It is a large-scale water conservancy and hydropower project with comprehensive benefits such as power generation, flood control, irrigation, shipping and aquatic product development.
