I come from Sichuan, Emei Mountain and Renshou County. I have been married for three years. I want to know how to apply for a one-way permit and what information I need.

1) Your ID card and household registration book (original and photocopy)

2) Your husband's Hong Kong identity card, home visit permit and Hong Kong birth certificate (if you immigrate to Hong Kong after being born in the Mainland, you need to show your one-way permit to Hong Kong in that year). You can only provide a copy of your husband's certificate, and you need the original when you interview in the future.

3) Your marriage certificate and 3 copies each with a 2-inch color white background (that is, 2-inch ID photo, passport size is enough).

With the above documents, fill out your application form, and then you can apply at the exit-entry administration office where your account is located.
