In accordance with the requirements of "six villages to households" precise assistance, combined with the Party's mass line education practice activities and the construction of grass-roots organization service system, on the basis of sending four units directly under the county to help our town, combined with the comprehensive conditions of the town and village, 282 help targets were selected from all units under the town and villages (communities), including cadres, village cadres, party member and rich leaders. Each village has set up a poverty alleviation task force of 15, which is composed of village leaders, cadres of county assistance units, cadres in villages, village cadres and rich people in villages, helping 326 poor households in pairs 1250 people, and requiring each responsible person to go to the village 1 time at least once a week to seriously find out the basic situation of helping poor households, find out accurate assistance methods and formulate poverty alleviation plans. Through on-the-spot investigation by the poverty alleviation team, visiting village households, analyzing the causes of poverty, and finding the starting point of assistance, the work plan of Linquan Town and 15 village (community) "1+7" is carefully formulated in combination with the actual situation, which is operable.

3. Industry supports rural households. On the basis of stabilizing grain and tobacco, according to the industrial support mode of "one village, one policy", 575 mu of flue-cured tobacco eastern experimental station in Qingtang village, 500 mu of Chinese herbal medicine planting base in Linquan town Huixin farmers' professional cooperative 1000 mu, 300 mu of walnut base in Linquan community, Zengping village, Shanhai village, 500 mu of vegetable base in Shuixin village and Zhouzhai village were established. Through land transfer, coordinate poor households to work in the base to increase their income. The construction project of "Tobacco Poverty Alleviation New Village" in Qingtang Village and Satellite Village, each with an investment of 2 million yuan, has basically ended, involving bidding projects. At present, facilities such as drinking water pool construction, pipeline laying and solar street lamp installation are under construction; The total investment of the "100 billion Jin of grain production capacity" project in Qingtang Village is 2.26 million yuan, and the current progress is more than half; Shui Xin, Haizi and Wei Xing villages plan to transform rural power grid 1057 households, and Shuixin village will transform 5/kloc-0 households. Line construction is under way in Haizi Village and Wei Xing Village. The counterpart assistance project in Guangming New District of Shenzhen has been implemented and reported.
