Hepatitis B 15 positive

Hepatitis B (15) is contagious, and its infectivity requires further examination of liver function and HBVDNA. According to the examination index of virus amount:

1. If the liver function test index is normal and HBV-DNA is negative, it means that there is no virus replication. In principle, we should observe and treat. If you have been ill for a long time, it is recommended to do B-ultrasound examination, further observe the degree of liver damage, and then adjust the treatment according to the symptoms.

2. If the liver function test index is normal and HBV-DNA is 15 positive, there may be virus variation and it is still highly contagious.

3. If the liver function test index is abnormal and HBV-DNA is positive, especially the transaminase is high, regular treatment is needed in time.
