43,700 migrant workers who have been working and doing business in the county for more than 3 years have changed from their streets to urban residents to solve their social security. (A) to establish and improve the rural land disposal mechanism

Article 2 These Measures shall apply to rural residents who have legal rural housing, homestead and contracted land within the administrative area of this county, and voluntarily withdraw from rural housing, homestead and contracted land to become urban residents' withdrawal and use in accordance with the relevant provisions of household registration management.

Article 5 The county land consolidation and reserve center shall, through loans, financial investment funds, financial working capital, land ticket income and other channels, specially raise rural land compensation working capital and buildings (structures) that are beyond the extended boundary of urban construction land determined by the overall land use planning.

County Land Consolidation Reserve Center is specifically responsible for the following work:

Article 8 Transfer households may transfer their rural homestead use right, house ownership and contracted management right in accordance with the relevant provisions, or voluntarily withdraw and get compensation in accordance with the provisions of these Measures.

Ninth rural residents who voluntarily turn into urban residents, their homestead and buildings (structures) shall be compensated according to the following provisions:

(1) If the relocated residents voluntarily withdraw from the homestead and the above-ground buildings (structures), their houses and the above-ground buildings (structures) will be compensated in a lump sum, which will be calculated as 1. 1 times of the compensation standard for withdrawing from the rural houses for land acquisition and demolition in our county; After the house is compensated, the farmers will dismantle it themselves according to the time agreed in the house return agreement.

The purchase subsidy is implemented according to the standards of 5,000 yuan/person in the county, 4,000 yuan/person in the township and 2,000 yuan/person in other parts of the city.

In the future, land acquisition will no longer enjoy the right to compensation.

(2) If some family members become urban residents, they will retain the right to obtain the corresponding compensation for the homestead and buildings (structures) when the whole family withdraws in the future, and will no longer enjoy the right to obtain the homestead. If the whole family turns into urban residents, they will withdraw from the homestead and buildings, and be compensated according to the standards when the whole family withdraws.
