Singapore (Singapore)

apply for

Before the workers arrive in Singapore, the Singapore employers and the Singapore Ministry of Labor arrange the workers' work permits. Work permits are issued to employers. The whole process takes about 1 week.

Visa issuing method

The work visa can be issued by the work permit management agency of the Ministry of Labor within two months after the worker arrives in Singapore.

Visa validity period

Three months.

United States (USA)

apply for

The employer shall apply to the US Department of Labor for a labor certificate, which shall be approved by the Department of Labor and notified to the US Naturalization Service for approval, and the Immigration and Naturalization Service shall notify the US Embassy in the labor exporting country.

Visa issuing method

The US Embassy in the labor exporting country will conduct an interview within 2-3 weeks after receiving the notice, and will issue a visa if the interview passes.

Visa validity period

1 year. If you go to the United States on business, the United States will generally issue a valid visa for three months.

Japan (Japan)

apply for

The employer applied to the Japanese Ministry of Justice for a labor visa. With the approval of the Ministry of Justice, the statutory "stay qualification certificate" will be approved within 2 months, and the employer and the Japanese embassy or consulate in the labor exporting country will be notified.

Visa issuing method

After receiving the notice from the Ministry of Justice, the Japanese Embassy in the labor exporting country will issue entry visas to laborers within 3 days.

Visa validity period

3 months, with extension. To apply for a visa to embassies and consulates in China with the Certificate of Residence Qualification, the following documents shall be prepared:

Passport, original and photocopy of Residence Qualification Certificate, application form for entry visa to Japan (issued by Japanese embassy or consulate with photo of the applicant), 1 reason for coming to China (written on my paper), 1 resume (written on my paper) and 1 commitment letter (provided by Japanese embassy or consulate). Trainees who go to Japan are also required to provide training plans and related information. Those who have skills to work in Japan need to provide professional notarial certificates and contracts or agreements with Japan.

Bahrain (Bahrain)

apply for

Provided by the employer to the National Immigration Bureau. After the examination and approval by the Immigration Bureau, a "NOC" will be issued to the employer within 3-5 days.

Visa issuing method

The employer will send the "no objection certificate" to the recruitment agency or other companies engaged in labor export in the labor exporting country, or send it directly to the laborers. When the workers arrive at Bahrain airport, the official visa is stamped.

Visa validity period

3 months or more.

Kuwait, Kuwait

apply for

The employer applied to the Ministry of Interior of Kuwait. Upon approval by the Ministry of the Interior, a "NOC" will be issued to the employer within 1-2 weeks.

Visa issuing method

The employer sends "NOC" to the organization or laborer engaged in labor export. When the laborer arrives at Kuwait airport, he issues a visa and seals it.

Signature validity period

Six months, renewable.

Oman (Oman)

apply for

The employer applied to the Oman Immigration Bureau. After being approved by the immigration bureau, it will be issued to the employer "NOC".

Visa issuing method

The employer sends "NOC" to organizations or laborers engaged in labor export. When these workers arrived at Oman airport, their visas were stamped.

Visa validity period

Six months, renewable.

Qatar (Qatar)

apply for

The employer shall submit a visa application to the Ministry of Interior of Qatar for examination and approval. If agreed, it will be sent to the employer "NOC".

Visa issuing method

The employer sends "NOC" to organizations or laborers engaged in labor export in labor exporting countries. When these workers arrive at Qatar airport, their visas will be stamped.

Visa validity period

Six months, renewable.

The United Arab Emirates

apply for

The employer applied for a visa from the UAE Ministry of Interior and obtained the approval of "NOC".

Visa issuing method

The employing unit sends "NOC" to the units or laborers engaged in labor export. If Arab government agencies hire laborers, the UAE embassy in the labor exporting country will issue visas within 2 weeks; If private organizations hire workers, they will get visas when they arrive at the UAE airport.

Visa validity period

2 months, renewable.

Italy, Italy

apply for

The employer applied to the relevant Italian labor bureau to hire foreign workers and asked the labor bureau to issue a work permit. With the approval of the Labor Bureau, the "Authorizzatione Al Lavoro" will be issued to the employer and copied to the Italian police headquarters, so that the employer can obtain a "no objection certificate".

Visa issuing method

Employers send work permits and certificates of no objection to foreign workers who will enter the country. The Italian embassy in the labor exporting country will issue visas after the interview.

Visa validity period

Usually three months.

Saudi Arabia (KSA)

apply for

The employer submitted an application to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia. With the approval of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, an approval letter will be issued to the employer. The employer will issue the approval letter to the institution or service personnel engaged in labor export. Institutions or laborers engaged in labor export apply for visas through airlines.

Visa issuing method

The embassy of Saudi Arabia in the labor exporting country stamps the passport of the laborers, and then issues it to the laborers through the airlines. The processing time of Saudi embassies abroad is 2 weeks.

Visa validity period

1 year.

Brunei (Brunei)

apply for

The employer shall submit a visa application to the Brunei Immigration Bureau for examination and approval. If yes, approve the employer's application within 1 month, and notify the embassy of Brunei, the labor exporting country.

Visa issuing method

The visa issued by the embassy of Brunei, the labor exporting country, on the passport of the laborers is generally completed within 2 days.

Visa validity period

3 months, with extension.

Malaysia (Malaysia)

apply for

Employers can apply for visas for foreign workers from the Malaysian Immigration Bureau, and foreign workers can also apply for visas from their own Malaysian embassy, and then the embassy will submit their applications to the Malaysian Immigration Bureau. The Immigration Bureau has passed the examination, and if it agrees, it will notify the Malaysian Embassy in the labor exporting country within 3 months.

Visa issuing method

The labor entry visa is issued by the Malaysian embassy in the labor exporting country. Workers can obtain visas through representatives.

Visa validity period

Three months.

Korea (Korea)

Application and issuance

For those who go to South Korea to receive technical training, the Korean accepting agency shall apply to the Korean Ministry of Justice for the certificate of "Issuing Visa Permit for Industrial Technical Training to Foreigners", and send it to the trainees together with an invitation letter notarized by a Korean law firm.

Visa validity period

The validity period is 3 months, and the residence period varies.

Saipan cnmi (Saipan CNMI)

apply for

The employer negotiates with the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Labor and the Saipan Immigration Bureau to arrange entry and work permits for laborers.

Visa issuing method

The competent department of Saipan government issues entry and work permits for foreign workers to employers who apply for employing foreign workers, and the employers send the permits to foreign labor export companies or the workers themselves. These workers apply for visas on arrival when they enter the country.

Visa validity period

1 month.

Iran (Iran)

Application and issuance

Workers holding ordinary passports on business need to apply for entry signatures. Iranian inviting units shall apply to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. With the approval of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a copy of the approval document will be sent to the applicant, who will send it to the relevant institutions or laborers in the labor exporting countries. The Iranian embassy in China will issue a visa after receiving the domestic notice and the copy of the approval documents provided by the application.
