The Implication of Ship in 1900 Legend

The Legend of 1900 tells the story of an abandoned baby 1900 who was abandoned on the first-class piano of Virginia, grew up to be a talented pianist who made the sea his home on a steamboat, and finally died. He can leave the ship. Why did he stay on the boat when he knew he would be killed? Why did he stick to that battered ship and would rather live and die with it? In sharp contrast, many immigrants on the "Virginia" shouted wildly when they saw where they were about to arrive at a distance. However, 1900 remained unmoved and stuck to the ship. There is his beloved piano on board, and there are people who like to listen to him play the piano. After the war, the ship became a mobile hospital with only the wounded. He still stayed on the boat, playing the piano for the wounded and helping them forget the pain and time. After the war, the ship was riddled with holes and worn out. The ship is full of explosives and may be blown up at any time.

1900 didn't listen to his friends' advice. Even though he re-formed a band on land, he still played his favorite piano, and he never left the ship that was about to be blown up. If you can't defend your old home, live and die with it. 1900 would rather be blown to pieces with the ship than leave it. Even if he dies, he will die in the sea. His soul will also stay at sea. Because he is a legend of 1900. His roots are deeply rooted in the boat. When the ship was wrecked, his roots were broken. He can't live without the ship and the sea.
