Introduction to Huanghuadian

Huanghuadian Town was established in 1958 and is under the jurisdiction of Xiuyan County. It is said that during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, a large number of immigrants settled here. At that time, yellow flowers were in full bloom on the southwest wilderness meadow, so it was named Huanghuadian. During the War of Liberation, Huanghuadian was the seat of the Qingcheng County Government. In 1948, Huanghuadian was assigned to the jurisdiction of Xiuyan County until now. The world-famous Xiuyan jade is produced in Xiuyan Manchu Autonomous County, Liaoning Province, which is known as the "Jade Township". The residents are mainly Manchu people, and the Manchu people are a nation that strives for self-improvement and is pioneering and progressive.
