This article is aimed at people whose household registration has moved from other provinces to our province, because they have taken refuge in their parents (or legal guardians) before registering for the general college entrance examination every year. The trustee must have a household registration in our province and only one parent or legal guardian. The application conditions are divided into two situations according to the household registration of the person who has taken refuge:

After birth, the trusted person applies for the first household registration in our province (the first two digits of the ID number are "35"), and the trusted person can apply for the general college entrance examination in our province. Among them, graduating students must also have a high school status in our province and actually study in high schools in our province.

Four, about the registration conditions of migrant children of migrant workers and other non-registered employees in our province.

Migrant children of migrant workers and other non-registered employees in our province (hereinafter referred to as migrant children) can apply to take the college entrance examination in our province because their parents work or are employed in our province and contribute to the construction of new Fujian. According to the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Forwarding the Opinions of the Ministry of Education and Other Departments on Doing a Good Job in Taking the Entrance Examination for Migrant Workers' Children after Receiving Compulsory Education (Guo Ban Fa [2065438+02] No.46), provinces can determine that migrant workers' children can take the local entrance examination according to their legally stable employment, legally stable residence (including lease), years of participating in social insurance in accordance with state regulations, and years of continuous schooling in the local area.

According to the relevant regulations of the General Office of the State Council and the Ministry of Education, and referring to the practices of Guangdong and Hainan provinces, the notice stipulates that the children who move with them must meet two conditions at the same time when registering for the general college entrance examination in our province: (1) The children who move with them must have a high school status in our province and have three years of continuous practical study experience;

(2) One of the parents of the accompanying children must have a certain number of years to pay social insurance premiums or pay taxes in our province according to state regulations, which can prove their work experience in our province.

At the same time, in order to prevent someone from using the identity of the accompanying children to obtain the qualification for the college entrance examination in our province, the identity information of the accompanying children will be publicized within a certain range (where the high school or the examination area is located) and subject to social supervision.

If the accompanying children are going to apply for the general college entrance examination in our province, one parent should pay social insurance premiums or pay taxes in our province according to state regulations, so as not to affect the children's future application. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, the children of migrant workers who do not meet the registration requirements for the general college entrance examination in our province can return to the province where their household registration is located.
