Guojiataizi Village, located in the north of Huangdao Street, is located in the half-ridge and half-depression zone. It is adjacent to Fajiayuan Village in the north, Guanjia Village in the west, Guanjiawa Village in the south and Qingdao across the sea in the east. According to legend, in the second year of Yongle in Ming Dynasty (A.D. 1404), ancestors Guo Hui, Quan Guo and Guan Fuli came to Gaomi, Shandong Province from Hongtong County, Yunfu, Datong, Shanxi Province with the tide of immigration. They moved to our village from Gaomi at that time. At that time, there were two earth terraces, one called Dongtai Zi and the other called Xitaizi, so I chose to build a village in Xitaizi. At first, it was called two families in Guo Guan. Later, it was called "Guojiatai Village" because the country had more land and fewer housekeepers, and because the village was built on a earthen platform. According to the Republic of China edition, this village was called Guojiatai village 19 1 1 years ago. 19 1 1 year, renamed as "Guojiataizi Village", which is still in use today.

From 19 1 1 year (the third year of Qing Dynasty), the village was under the jurisdiction of Longquan District, Jiaoxian County, Jiaoxian County, and 1944 was under the jurisdiction of Xiaozhushan District, Zhujiaobian County, and 1945 was under the jurisdiction of Yanghe District, Haixi District Office, Qingdao City. Dongfanghong People's Commune was founded in September 1958, and later changed to Hongshiya People's Commune. 1June, 984, Hongshiya People's Commune was changed to Hongshiya Town, which was subordinate to Hongshiya Town. On April 26th, 1996, the village was designated as Guojiataizi Village Committee of Huangdao Sub-district Office.
