What should I pay attention to when going to Australia for preschool education (IELTS is not a big problem)

Postgraduates majoring in pre-school education are not strict with the undergraduate professional background, so the landlord can choose to enroll.

There are two courses for Australian education majors. One is usually a master of education, with a one-year schooling, and cannot be certified as a registered teacher by relevant institutions after graduation. It should be noted that graduates of this major cannot apply for general skilled immigrants. The other is usually a master of teaching, which usually lasts for two years, and all courses have internship arrangements. After graduation, he will be directly certified as a registered teacher by relevant institutions. Graduates of this major have the opportunity to apply for ordinary skilled immigrants.

As a China student, to become a registered teacher in Australia, like other professions, you must first complete your degree in Australia, and then apply for teacher career evaluation. To pass this assessment, applicants need to meet the requirements of relevant academic qualifications, majors and English. According to the regulations of the Australian Association for Teaching and Academic Guidance (AITSL), the criteria for evaluating the career of Australian teachers are as follows:

1. Obtain a degree certificate equivalent to an Australian bachelor's degree or above through the professional study of Australian teachers.

2. The above learning needs include at least 1 year of pre-service teaching practice related to the nominated teacher position. 1 year pre-job practice cannot be replaced by pre-school or post-graduation work experience (therefore, students should choose courses with pre-job teaching practice when choosing majors).

3. The above study should also include at least 30 days of relevant supervision and teaching practice. Those who have served as full-time teachers for one year within three years may be exempted from this requirement.

4. Good command of English. For students from non-foreign language countries, you need to provide 4 IELTS scores of 7 in 1 year.

5. It has been registered or employed in the state according to the requirements of the state teachers' association. If you graduate from a course with pre-service teaching practice and apply within 6 months after graduation, you don't need to meet this requirement.

6. Learning and education management, educational research or education in special fields (such as TESOL) do not meet the requirements of immigration assessment here.

7. If you choose a pre-school teacher, it must be for children aged 3-8. Otherwise, AITSL will have reservations about the applicant. (When choosing a preschool teacher, students must know whether the school curriculum is aimed at children aged 3-8. Because the pre-school teacher courses in some universities in Australia are only for children aged 1-5. )

All the above requirements need to be met in order to pass the vocational assessment and get 60 points for immigration.
