The origin of Ordos?

1, pre-Qin period. After the founding of Dayu, it was divided into Kyushu. At this time, Ordos was under the jurisdiction of Yongzhou, while the southwest of Ordos was under the jurisdiction of Quzuo State. In the twentieth year of King Wuling of Zhao (the first 306 years), Zhao defeated Lou Fan and established Yunzhong County and Jiuyuan County in the northeast of Ordos. In the late Warring States period, the eastern part of Ordos was always owned by Qin.

2. Qin and Han Dynasties. In the 26th year of Qin Shihuang, Qin Shihuang unified China and set up counties in the present Ordos region. In the first year of Jianning in the Eastern Han Dynasty (168), when Emperor Liu Hong ascended the throne, due to the impact of the peasant uprising, the Eastern Han Dynasty was unable to maintain its rule over the whole country. In the fifth year of Zhong Ping in the Eastern Han Dynasty (188), the southern Xiongnu got rid of the jurisdiction of the Eastern Han Dynasty, and Erdos was opened as a nomadic area by ethnic minorities such as the northern Xiongnu.

3. Northern Dynasties. In the second year of Zhao Guang in Han Dynasty (3 19), the latter Zhao established Shuozhou in the northern part of Hangjinqi. In the sixth year of Northern Wei Dynasty (525), Zheng Guang cut Shuozhou, and now the site of Shuozhou in Erdos was placed in Bingzhou. In 534, the Northern Wei Dynasty established Zhou Xia in the southern part of Ordos.

4. Sui and Tang Dynasties. In the ninth year of the Sui Dynasty (589), the Sui Dynasty established Yulin County, Yulin County, Fuchang County and Quanhe County in present Zhungeer Banner, Dalat Banner and Dongsheng District. After the establishment of the Tang Dynasty, in the third year of the reign of Emperor Xianheng of Tang Dynasty (672), Tang Gaozong included the present Ordos area into the territory of Guannei Road, and established Fengzhou in the northern part of Hangjinqi, governing Jiuyuan County and Yongfeng County.

5. Song and Yuan Dynasties. In the first year of Shenshu in Liao Dynasty (9 16), the Liao Dynasty set up Zhenwu Army in present Zhungeer Banner, Dalat Banner, Dongsheng District and the eastern part of Yijinhuoluo Banner, and abandoned Shengzhou. From the Yuan Dynasty to the eighth year of Yuan Dynasty (127 1), Yunnei Mansion and Dongsheng Mansion were set up on Datong Road, and the Propaganda Department of Hedong Shanxi Road in Zhongshu Province was located in the eastern part of Zhungeer Banner, Dalat Banner and Dongsheng District.

6. Ming and Qing dynasties. Before the demise of the Yuan Dynasty, Ordos region was occupied by the Yuan Dynasty's Taifu, Zhongshu Jacky and Henan Wangkuo Timur. In the early Ming Dynasty, Kukuo Tuer was driven out of Ordos under the jurisdiction of the Ming Dynasty. In the thirty-third year of Guangxu reign in Qing Dynasty (1907), the Qing Dynasty set up Dongsheng Hall in the reclamation area east of Ordos Left Wing Zhongqi.

7. During the Republic of China. In the early years of the Republic of China, Sun Yat-sen announced: "The Qing government's policy towards Mongolian leaders continues to be effective." 8. After liberation. 1949 12.28, the Yimeng People's Autonomous Government Committee was renamed as the Yimeng People's Autonomous Government of Suiyuan Province, and the Dalu Special Zone People's Government was established in the former Huoluo County of Wang Qi. 1950, the administrative power was generally established in Yikezhao League (now Ordos City), and all counties were subordinate to their townships, administrative villages (pastoral areas called Darkut) and natural villages (pastoral areas called Little Darkut).
