April 22nd, 2009 Implementation Plan for Land Acquisition, Demolition and Resettlement of Madushan Hydropower Station in Gejiu City 1. Work Objectives: Seriously implement the Regulations on Land Acquisition, Compensation and Resettlement for Large and Medium-sized Water Conservancy and Hydropower Projects (the State Council 47 1 Order). The Implementation Opinions of the People's Government of Yunnan Province on Implementing the Regulations of the State Council on Land Acquisition Compensation and Resettlement for Large and Medium-sized Water Conservancy and Hydropower Projects (Y.F.Z.
