Graduates from previous senior high schools (secondary vocational schools) or persons with equivalent academic qualifications shall apply for foreigners as social candidates.

Secondary vocational graduates who have not completed compulsory education in junior high schools in Guangxi but have a complete secondary vocational education status have signed up for the national unified examination of the general college entrance examination.

Such foreigners must move their household registration into Guangxi before the registration deadline.

Annex 3

One of the parents (or legal guardian) of the floating population has a legally stable residence and the type of certification materials provided by the occupation.

The type of proof materials provided by the parents (or legal guardians) of migrant workers with legally stable residence.

(1) If one of the parents (or legal guardians) of migrant workers purchases commercial housing in Guangxi and holds a real estate license, migrant workers should fill in the certificate of legally stable residence of the parent (or legal guardian) 1 copy (see Annex 7 for the format), and sign and seal the original real estate license after verification by the school examiner.

(2) If one of the parents (or legal guardians) of migrant workers has purchased commercial housing in Guangxi and has not yet held the property ownership certificate, migrant workers shall fill in the certificate of legally stable residence of their parents (or legal guardians) 1 copy (see Annex 8 for the format), and the original commercial housing sales contract shall be verified by the school examiner.

(3) If the residence of one of the parents (or legal guardians) of the migrant workers belongs to the leased house and holds the Residence Permit for Floating Population in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region issued by the public security department, a copy of the Residence Permit for Floating Population in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region shall be provided 1 copy (if the holder has been certified for less than three years, the first application for residence permit or temporary residence permit in Guangxi issued by the public security department shall be attached).

(4) If one of the parents (or legal guardians) of migrant workers lives in a rental house, etc. , and has not yet held the Residence Permit for Floating Population in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region issued by Guangxi Public Security Department, or has not been issued for three years, provide the Residence Permit for Floating Population in Nanning Public Security Police Station issued by the local public security police station (see Annex 9 for the format)1copy.

Two, one of the parents of migrant workers (or legal guardian) has a legal and stable occupation to provide proof materials.

(1) If the parents (or legal guardians) of the floating population belong to the employees of the state party and government organs, institutions, state-owned enterprises, private enterprises (companies) and other units, fill in the legal and stable occupation certificate of the parents (or legal guardians) (see Annex10 for the format)1.

(2) If the parents (or legal guardians) of migrant workers belong to individual industrial and commercial households, provide a copy of the industrial and commercial business license 1 copy.

(3) If one of the parents (or legal guardians) of the migrant workers is another, provide copies of any one of the labor contract (with salary certificate), tax payment certificate and social security certificate 1.
