Implement the responsibility system of building blocks and strictly assess the work. There is no small matter in building work, and all the dust settles. Second, ensure that services are in place. Whether we can provide high-quality and efficient services for immigrant housing construction is the most powerful test for the efficiency construction of our cadres. According to the requirements of "three whatevers", provide all-round services for immigrants to build houses. Change the work style of cadres, set up a building service office in the construction site, and provide building materials information, technical consultation, water and electricity security and other related services for immigrants in conjunction with relevant departments to help them solve practical problems encountered in construction and life, so that immigrants can rest assured to build a good house in the new district. At the same time, accelerate the construction of infrastructure such as residential road network, implement smooth construction projects, and realize smooth construction. Third, ensure that management is in place. The construction of immigrant housing in You Zhu New District is a huge project, involving 2,445 sets of immigrant housing in 2 15 buildings, which will form a construction scale of 600,000 square meters. At the same time, this is not only building a new immigrant village, but also building a new urban area. Such a project needs not only strict management, but also scientific management. Scientifically formulate construction plans, rationally arrange construction land, adhere to a number of mature conditions, start construction, and promote housing construction in an orderly manner. At the same time, pay attention to quality, safety and progress, strictly implement planning standards, strengthen the management of the use of housing funds for immigrants, and strengthen management from all aspects of housing construction to bring housing construction into a standardized track. Under the unified command of the correct leadership of the county party committee and the county government and the construction headquarters of Tankeng Hydropower Station, we should work closely with the relocation government, responsible units and functional departments, and Qi Xin should work together to avoid mutual accusations and wrangling, and go all out to do a good job in the construction of resettlement houses.
