2. Documents should be prepared:

(2) birth certificate. (notarized certificate verified by SEF).

(3) loss of mainland household registration certificate. (notarized certificate verified by SEF) but cannot be obtained, other supporting documents may be used instead. (If it is temporarily impossible to make up the equipment, you may fill out a written statement and make up the equipment within 3 months after you settle down)

(4) Photocopy of the license, resident identity card or other sufficient documents to prove the identity of the residents in mainland China (original inspection, photo copy) (if the license is confiscated, a storage receipt should be attached).

(5) Entry/exit permit for Taiwan Province area.

(6) letter of guarantee: one relative in the second degree who is dependent on the relative or has household registration in Taiwan Province area shall be the guarantor; For some reason (no relatives, being in prison or suffering from domestic violence, and obtaining the usual protection order issued by the court), a citizen with household registration in Taiwan Province and a proper occupation can be found as a guarantor. The guarantor shall issue a letter of guarantee signed or sealed by himself, which shall be checked by the entry and exit countries and the Immigration Department (hereinafter referred to as the Department).

(7) the certificate of passing the health examination in the last 3 months (it must be inspected by public and private hospitals that have passed the evaluation by the Department of Health of the Executive Yuan, and it conforms to Table B of the items to be inspected for the health certificate. Children under 6 years old (excluding 6 years old) can be exempted from health examination, but a complete vaccination certificate should be attached for future reference.

(9) Other relevant supporting documents:

1. Necessary documents for passing the case: the household registration book or a copy of the national identity card of the parent who has completed the marriage registration. (original inspection, photo copy)

2. Children born out of wedlock must first complete the claim procedures; Anyone who is pregnant before marriage must attach a DNA consanguinity certificate (which should be issued by a public and private hospital that has passed the evaluation by the Department of Health of the Executive Yuan) and a notarized certificate that there is no marital relationship during pregnancy (the pregnancy period is from the 181st day to the 32nd day after the birth of the child). If the Department deems it necessary to verify, it may require the parties concerned to attach other supporting documents, such as marriage certificate and birth medical certificate.

III. Precautions:

(2) application procedures: I or my second-degree relatives, spouses or entrusted immigration agencies in Taiwan Province, and travel agencies above Class A should apply to this department.

(3) calculation standard for persons under 12 years old: the determination of age shall be subject to the application.

(4) Children in mainland China who are not the biological children of people in Taiwan Province are not applicable to this category.
