The relocation area of Wafangdian Hongyanhe Nuclear Power Station is 2.5 square kilometers. The establishment of the preparatory office of Hongyanhe Nuclear Power Station marks the official start of preparatory work. Since the establishment of the preparatory office, a lot of work has been carried out around land acquisition and demolition, "four links and one leveling" and company formation. In the first stage, 3,400 mu of land was expropriated, and the sea area 1.50 million mu was expropriated, involving the relocation of farmers and fishermen 1.65 households. With the full cooperation of relevant parties, the land acquisition, sea area compensation and resettlement of the factory lasted less than two months and ended at the end of September.
