What materials do I need to apply for a visa to go abroad?

I (or entrusted relatives and friends) must bring the following materials and certificates when collecting them from the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ where the account is located:

If you agree, a visa will be issued. If you refuse, you will also inform the applicant. (For visa refusal, the embassy or consulate will not refund the visa fee. )
