Immigrant marriage notarization

Theoretically, it can be done. But I am engaged in marriage notarization (that is, there are photos in the notarial certificate), and there is no problem when I immigrate. Because the notary office asked me whether to get my marriage certificate or my husband's marriage certificate, or both, I didn't get a marriage certificate notarized. Later, I specifically asked, marriage notarization will do.
