I. Departure and arrival:

China International Airlines (Air China) and Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) both operate direct flights from Beijing to Stockholm. The final destination is Gothenburg on the west coast of central Sweden. There is no direct flight from Beijing to Gothenburg, and all major European airlines have flights to Gothenburg via the capital.

If the final destination is in southern Sweden, Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark, should be chosen as the plane destination. Entering Denmark with a Swedish visa is exactly the same as entering Sweden. Scandinavian Airlines operates direct flights from Beijing to Copenhagen.

There are train stations on the basement of Stockholm airport and the first floor of Copenhagen airport, and you can transfer to trains to various places.

3. Handling a bank account:

You need to take your slogan and passport to the bank. Those without slogans need to go to the bank with a letter of introduction and passport from the school. There is no account opening fee and no deposit. Please note that all banks in Sweden do not provide any foreign currency accounts.

When applying for a bank account, you can apply for a Swedish ID card at the same time, but you must have a person (of any nationality) who already holds a Swedish ID card as a guarantor, and you must submit a 2-inch photo with a white background.

1. You can apply online directly at the Swedish Immigration Bureau. This method is the most convenient.

2. Renewal fee 1000 kroner.

3. Wait 2 weeks to 3 months, and the General Administration of Immigration will send you an endorsement letter.

Stick a new residence permit to the nearest immigration office with your signature letter, passport and 2-inch photo.

Baggage preparation

First, school supplies

English-Chinese tool dictionary and corresponding professional reference books.

Pens and notebooks can be prepared according to personal circumstances. Your personal documents and other relevant documents, such as passport and admission notice, should be copied and backed up in advance.

Second, travel baggage consignment

International economy class air tickets can check 25 kilograms of luggage for free, and you can carry 1 or two soft bags on board, weighing 5 kilograms, but not exceeding the size specified by the airport.

Third, daily necessities

Rain-proof silk fabrics are often used in down jackets, high boots, cotton underwear, sweaters, sportswear, scarves, hats, shoes, backpacks and so on. It is best to prepare a more formal suit for various formal activities.

Daily necessities such as toiletries, skin care products, rain gear, needle and thread, camera, flashlight, alarm clock, etc.

Prepare some commonly used drugs according to your own situation: such as traumatic injury drugs, analgesic and anti-inflammatory, cold and fever, enteritis and dysentery drugs.

Fourth, gifts

I don't need valuables, just some small gifts and ornaments with China characteristics, which can be used for socializing. Green tea is the best tea. In short, such items should be prepared according to personal hobbies.

Display material

1. Two sets of completed and signed application forms.

2. Two recent photos within half a year. Unqualified photos will be returned, which may delay your application process.

3. A valid passport. Two passport identity pages.

4. A certificate stating that you are registered for full-time study in Sweden and a copy thereof.

5. Applicants who are not citizens of China should provide a valid residence permit in China.
