2. The books and periodicals in the reading room are for indoor reading only; when reading open-shelf newspapers and periodicals, you are limited to two volumes at a time; when reading open-shelf newspapers and periodicals, you are limited to taking one type at a time and putting them back to their original places after reading. ;

3. To copy books and periodicals, you must fill in the copy application form, go through the copying procedures, copy at the designated location, and return them immediately after copying; books and periodicals in the reading room are not allowed to be taken outside without permission. Anyone who takes books, periodicals and materials out of the room without permission will be treated as theft. (2) Instructions for borrowing books

1. To borrow books, you must hold a Huai'an Library reader's card with the loan function; Chinese books are limited to 3 books at a time, and 3 CDs are attached to the books. ; Borrowing of foreign language books is limited to 3 volumes at a time. The borrowing period is one month;

2. When borrowing a book, you should carefully check whether there are any missing pages, engravings, defacements, etc. If you find any, you should declare it immediately and ask the staff to stamp it; when returning it, if If any defacement without the seal of the staff is found, the relevant provisions in the violation handling measures will be followed;

3. If the required Chinese books have been borrowed, you can go through the reservation procedures (including online reservations; borrowed books) Books must be returned on time, and overdue usage fees must be paid for overdue returns; books from the loan library are not allowed to be taken out of the library without permission.
