You can't. According to the study abroad network, when foreigners with valid residence permits want to leave Russia, the border inspection authorities will ask them to show their entry receipts. If you leave Russia and return home without an entry receipt, you will be prevented from leaving the country by border inspection, and you may even be fined or face other adverse consequences.
