Niumatang Village started with exploring the "separation of the three powers" of the homestead, established a voluntary paid withdrawal mechanism of the homestead, revitalized 44.2 mu of the homestead, and invested in Jiangsu Niumatang Construction Investment Development Co., Ltd. with the right to use these homesteads, * * * increased the collective income of the village by 6.5438+0.34 million yuan.
