Chapter I General Principles

Article 2 These Measures shall apply to the administration of the withdrawal of housing provident fund by employees and their immediate family members within the jurisdiction of Qingdao.

Chapter II Extraction Conditions

Article 6 Under any of the following circumstances, employees may withdraw the storage balance in the housing provident fund account:

(a) the purchase, construction, renovation and overhaul of self-occupied housing with property rights;

(two) retired, retired and reached the statutory retirement age;

(three) completely lose the ability to work, and terminate the labor relationship with the unit;

(4) Having left the country to settle down;

(5) Repaying the principal and interest of the house purchase loan;

Article 7 Employees who purchase, build, renovate or overhaul self-occupied housing with property rights may withdraw the balance of their immediate family members' housing provident fund account when the balance of their own housing provident fund account is insufficient.

Article 8 When an employee repays a house purchase loan, he can only withdraw the balance in the employee's own and his spouse's housing provident fund account.

Chapter III Extraction of Evidence Materials

Article 10 When employees withdraw the housing provident fund, they shall provide a copy of the ID card of the extractor and a certificate of withdrawal of the housing provident fund in Qingdao, and provide the following supporting materials according to different situations:

(a) employees who purchase, build, renovate or overhaul self-occupied property houses shall provide the following materials:

1. When employees purchase owner-occupied houses with property rights, they should provide the original purchase contract and relevant purchase payment vouchers or provide the original property ownership certificate.

Employees who purchase, build, renovate or overhaul self-occupied property houses, their immediate family members shall, when withdrawing the balance of the housing provident fund account, provide proof of their mutual relationship in addition to the relevant proof of purchase, construction, renovation and overhaul of houses. Belonging to the husband-wife relationship or the immediate family members of the same account, the original marriage certificate or household registration book should be provided; The lineal relatives who do not belong to the same household registration shall provide the original certificate of lineal relatives issued by the household registration management department of the extractor.

Chapter IV Withdrawal Limit

Article 11 Where an employee purchases, builds, rebuilds or overhauls a house with owner-occupied property rights, the employee himself and his immediate family members may withdraw the balance of the housing provident fund account in the month when the last payment invoice is specified or the real estate license is issued, but the total amount withdrawn by the employee himself and his immediate family members shall not exceed the actual housing expenditure.

Article 12 When an employee repays a house purchase loan, the employee and his spouse may withdraw the storage balance in the housing provident fund account during the repayment of the house purchase loan, but the total amount withdrawn by both husband and wife shall not exceed the total amount of loan principal and interest actually repaid in the current year. If employees and their spouses fail to withdraw the housing provident fund during the repayment period, they can withdraw the accumulated balance of the housing provident fund that can be withdrawn but not withdrawn in the previous year when withdrawing this year.

If the employee repays part (or all) of the housing loan in advance, the employee himself and his spouse may withdraw the balance of the housing provident fund account in the month specified in the prepayment certificate, but the total amount withdrawn by both husband and wife shall not exceed the prepayment amount.

If the employee fails to repay the housing provident fund loan on time according to the loan contract, the employee and his spouse shall not withdraw the balance in the housing provident fund account.

Article 14 In accordance with the provisions of Items (2), (3), (4), (7), (8), (9) and (10) of Article 6 of these Measures, all the storage balances in the employee's own housing provident fund account shall be withdrawn and the employee's housing provident fund account shall be cancelled at the same time.

Chapter V Extraction Procedures
