Chapter I General Principles

Article 2 These Measures shall apply to the administration of the withdrawal of housing provident fund by employees and their immediate family members within the jurisdiction of Qingdao.

Chapter II Extraction Conditions

Article 6 Under any of the following circumstances, employees may withdraw the storage balance in the housing provident fund account:

(a) the purchase, construction, renovation and overhaul of self-occupied housing with property rights;

(three) completely lose the ability to work, and terminate the labor relationship with the unit;

Article 7 Employees who purchase, build, renovate or overhaul self-occupied housing with property rights may withdraw the balance of their immediate family members' housing provident fund account when the balance of their own housing provident fund account is insufficient.

Chapter III Extraction of Evidence Materials

Article 10 When employees withdraw the housing provident fund, they shall provide a copy of the ID card of the extractor and a certificate of withdrawal of the housing provident fund in Qingdao, and provide the following supporting materials according to different situations:

(a) employees who purchase, build, renovate or overhaul self-occupied property houses shall provide the following materials:

Chapter IV Withdrawal Limit

Article 11 Where an employee purchases, builds, rebuilds or overhauls a house with owner-occupied property rights, the employee himself and his immediate family members may withdraw the balance of the housing provident fund account in the month when the last payment invoice is specified or the real estate license is issued, but the total amount withdrawn by the employee himself and his immediate family members shall not exceed the actual housing expenditure.

Article 12 When an employee repays a house purchase loan, the employee and his spouse may withdraw the storage balance in the housing provident fund account during the repayment of the house purchase loan, but the total amount withdrawn by both husband and wife shall not exceed the total amount of loan principal and interest actually repaid in the current year. Chapter V Extraction Procedures
