Permanent residence in Spain

1.- investor residence (golden visa):

Foreigners are allowed to live in Spain after acquiring certain property.

Requirements:

passport

-4 photos

Buy a property in Spain with a minimum value of 500,000 euros. When one spouse obtains the right of abode, the other spouse, minor children and dependent children also obtain the right of abode;

-Title certificate issued by the Spanish Land Registry;

-Effective medical insurance in Spain, preferably Spanish medical insurance company;

-Bank certificate with a minimum balance of Euro25,000;

-A certificate of no criminal record certified by the Spanish Consulate or The Hague Convention.

-A business certificate issued by the Spanish Taxation Bureau, which proves that there is no tax owed.

-Note: The formalities are carried out in Spain; Subsequent applicants must entrust.

-Estimated time: one month after submission of complete materials.

-The application for the right of abode is made entirely in Spain, so there is no need to submit the application in the applicant's home country.

2. Non-profit housing

For applicants without a work permit.

Requirements:

Passport.

-Six ID-sized photos.

-A certificate of no criminal record certified by the Spanish Consulate or The Hague Convention.

-Medical certificate issued by the applicant's country.

-The balance of the Spanish bank account opened by the applicant is at least 654.38 million euros.

-Proof of income source: salary, rent, pension, income statement, etc.

-Effective medical insurance owned by Spanish companies.

-The title deed of the property where the applicant lives, or the lease agreement with one year's rent in advance.

Note: Pre-residence visa is applied in the Spanish consulate of the applicant's country or the country where the applicant has obtained formal residence (with residence card).

Inform the applicant to prepare the materials and submit them to the Spanish consulate.

Once the visa is approved, I will personally apply for residence in Spain.

Estimated time: It will take 90 days for the consulate to process the complete materials.

After getting a visa, you can get the right of abode in about 45 days.

3 Entrepreneurial housing

Live for foreigners who want to start a business in Spain. Requirements:

Passport.

-Six ID-sized photos.

-A certificate of no criminal record certified by the Spanish Consulate or The Hague Convention.

-Activities to be developed. It must include business description, budget, available funds, employment of Spanish personnel, and commercial or office facilities.

-Establishment of a Spanish company (funded by the applicant).

-The bank certificate of the customer's account shows that the balance is equivalent to 70% of the investment.

-the applicant's residence contract, or a lease agreement that pays one year's rent in advance.

Note: Visa application is made in the Spanish consulate of the country where the applicant is located or the country where the applicant has the right of abode (with residence card).

The applicant will be informed that he is ready to submit complete materials to the Spanish consulate.

Once the visa is approved, I will apply for residence in Spain.

After getting a visa, you will get a residence and work permit in about 60 days.
