Enflex-V？ This is our EPDM/PP brand. Fully vulcanized EPDM particles are uniformly dispersed in elastomer polypropylene, which gives this mixture unique rubber properties and has the advantages of elastomer processing technology. Enflex-V？ The series can be colored with appropriate masterbatch or used as a pre-colored mixture. Enflex-V？ Typical features are as follows:

* Rigid range 45 A-60D

* application temperature: -50℃ -+ 125℃ (floating) -50℃ -+ 135℃ (limit)

* The arrangement of saturated elastomer makes it have excellent ozone resistance, ultraviolet resistance and temperature resistance.

* chemical resistance to active media

* Low compression deformation capacity (similar to rubber), good elastomer performance at high temperature (overtime use has no obvious effect on it)

* Good adhesion with polar and nonpolar basic plastics: PP, PA, ABS, PC, PS, etc.

* A wide range of products, including halogen-free, improved oil resistance, improved temperature resistance and other special grades.

* It can be recycled. Compared with traditional vulcanized rubber, the processing cost is low.

* Low density

* Good wear resistance and tear resistance.
