There are three kinds of EB- 1 professional immigrants: EB- 1A, EB- 1B, EB-1c.
1.EB- 1A refers to outstanding talents. If you win an international prize, take sports as an example. If you win an Olympic prize or an Olympic competition, you get a green card. This is EB-1a. Requirements:

2.EB- 1B, this is about teaching. If you want to go to an American university to do research work and major in teaching, the American university is willing to give you a long-term teaching (opportunity), or you are a postdoctoral researcher and get a doctorate to engage in advanced research work in American schools and academia. This is the so-called E-B 1B class.
Applicants must:
Commitment to obtain a permanent research position or a lifelong teaching position, and the application is supported by the employer;
B at least three years relevant research experience or teaching experience; And gain international recognition in a certain scientific or academic field, with certain personal achievements and international popularity;
EB- 1B application does not require a work permit, but when making this application, the future employer (such as a university or other research institution) must provide a specific job position and be the applicant in I- 140 application.
3.EB- 1C, internal personnel transfer of multinational companies and international companies. In the past three years, he worked as a senior supervisor or manager in a China company. With the corresponding business needs, I transferred from a China company to an American company, which belongs to EB- 1C category.
The requirements of EB- 1C are as follows:
A. In the past three years, the beneficiary must have worked in the overseas organization of the American employer (such as parent company, subsidiary company or branch company) for at least one year, and must hold the position of manager/manager in the United States;
B. Employers must conduct business in the United States and countries outside the United States and provide regular, continuous and systematic goods and services;
C. the employer must have stayed in the United States for at least one year.
EB- 1C application also does not need a work permit, but at the time of application, the future employer must provide specific jobs and be the applicant in I- 140 application.
