How to use the schedule AB? How do you decide how to carry out your own immigration action in a period of time?

1, determine the categories of immigration applications, and distinguish between priority cases of applying for employment in the United States and priority cases of family guarantee;

2. Confirm the birthplace of the applicant (the birthplace of the spouse is also important)

3. Pay attention to the schedule announcement of the State Council in the United States, which is generally released on September-12 every month;

4. Check your priority date; ;

5. Check the relationship between your own priority date and schedule announcement in Table A and Table B;

If your priority date is earlier than or in line with Schedule B published in the month, the applicant can start preparing to fill in the application form DS-260 for immigrant visa, or choose the opportunity to submit the I-485 application and I-765 application of EAD in the United States, apply for I- 13 1 travel documents, and then can travel to and from the United States freely.

If the applicant's priority date is earlier than or consistent with the list A published in the month, the applicant will be notified to interview the immigrant visa at the Guangzhou Consulate, or the I-485 submitted before will be approved to obtain the green card directly.
