This vicious mother’s name is Yan Zhiyun. She was born in 1956 in Xining, Qinghai Province. She once worked in a state-owned shoe and hat factory. After getting married, Yan Zhiyun and her husband had a son, named Su Chao, and the family of three lived a pretty good life.

But when Yan Zhiyun was 32 years old, everything changed. She gave birth to a girl named Su Li. At that time, the family planning period was the most stringent. If they were found to have more than one child, in addition to being fined, the unit employees would also be punished.
