Bahamas Panama is a country?

Republic of Panama (Spanish: La Repú blica de Panamá；; English: Republic of Panama, or Panama for short. It is the southernmost country in Central America, with a total area of 755 17 square kilometers and Panama City as its capital.

Bahamas is located in the east of Florida, in the north of Cuba and the Caribbean, opposite the southeast coast of Florida and in the north of Cuba. The Bahamas consists of 700 islands and coral reefs. The islands extend from northwest to southeast, with a length of1220km and a width of 96km, and a land area of13878km2.

Most of the islands in the Bahamas are low-lying, with the highest elevation of only 63 meters and no rivers.

2. Climate characteristics

Most of the Bahamas has a mild subtropical climate, and the Tropic of Cancer runs through the middle. It has a subtropical climate, and August is the hottest month, with an average temperature of 24 ~ 32℃. 1 and February are the coldest months, with an average temperature of 17~25℃. The average annual temperature is 23.5 degrees Celsius. The annual average precipitation is 1000 mm.

3. Natural resources

The Bahamas is rich in marine resources. There are oil, natural gas, salt and so on. Less arable land, insufficient fresh water and limited agricultural resources.
