? PEO, the Singapore Embassy in China, will notify the interview time by email within one month after submitting the application. Therefore, applicants should contact PEO for an interview date. About two months after the interview, PEO will be informed of the application results.
? Processing time For cases requiring interviews, the processing time is generally 2 to 4 months. Inquiries about interview results are not accepted.
? Documents required for the interview To invite applicants to the interview, please bring the following documents:
Notarized original, notarized copy and photocopy of the applicant:
? Birth certificate; ? The highest academic certificate; ? Academic achievements with the highest academic qualifications; ? Financial/bank statement; Note: The notarial certificate must be issued by the local notary office, certified by the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of People's Republic of China (PRC), and officially endorsed by the embassy.
? The applicant's overseas study plan (signed and dated); ? Original and photocopy of the applicant, his parents and spouse: Identity card; ? Household registration book; ? Employment statements and letters from their respective employers (if applicable); ? Monthly salary records of 3 months before the interview; ? If self-employed, please provide business registration certificate (if applicable); ? Copy of the applicant's passport and passport personal data page; ? If the applicant's parents/stepparents/spouses are Singapore citizens or permanent residents of Singapore, the applicant must also provide the original and notarized copies of his parents/stepparents/own marriage certificate. ? Deposit (1 Singapore dollar =4.8239 RMB) If a deposit (SD) is required, it will be paid in Singapore and charged by ICA to the students. The amount is S $5,000, and a bank guarantee or cashier's check will be issued by any mature bank in Singapore.
? Fees (1 SGD =4.8239 RMB) A processing fee of SGD 30 is required for each application submitted to ICA. No matter how the application results or the application is withdrawn after submission, the fee will not be refunded. When the successful applicant completes the procedure of issuing student pass in ICA, he must pay a fee of S $60. The entry visa fee is RMB 300 yuan (including the visa processing fee of S $30 paid to the Singaporean government and the service fee paid to the authorized visa agent). When applying for a visa through an authorized agent designated by the Singapore Mission in China, the applicant should pay the fee after obtaining the approval letter in principle from the authorities.
