By August, 2006, 6.87 million cubic meters of earthwork had been completed (including 3.7 million cubic meters of excavation and 365,438+700,000 cubic meters of fill), with an investment of 78.9 million yuan, accounting for 9 1.2% of earthwork and 57.7% of total investment.

Enshi Railway Station is about 10 km away from Wuyang Dam in the city center.

The line starts from Yichang in the east and passes through Badong, Jianshi, Enshi and Lichuan in the west to Wanzhou, Chongqing, with a total length of 376 kilometers. Yichang-Lichuan (Wuliang) section will be built into a first-class double track at one time. The design speed from Yichang to Lichuan (cool fog) is 160 km/h, and the design speed from Lichuan (cool fog) to Wanzhou is120 km/h. The total investment of the project (including double track) is about 22.5 billion yuan.
