If you are an experienced person, but you are not proficient in foreign languages and people can't communicate with you, who do you think will be willing to cooperate with the deaf? As a result, you can't display your talents and can only do the lowest manual work. This is completely contrary to your good wishes for foreign countries when you first immigrated.
