What is the application procedure for investment immigrants in the United States?

Investment immigration application needs to go through two steps. The first step is I-526 application. This application can be called investment immigration qualification application, and it needs to be submitted regardless of whether the investor lives in the United States or overseas.

The second application needs to be different according to the location of the applicant. If the applicant already holds a valid visa in the United States, he can directly submit an I-485 application to adjust his status in the United States.
