Students with foreign registered permanent residence have bought houses in Tibet, and their registered permanent residence has moved to Tibet, so they can sign up for the college entrance examination in Tibet. There are two main conditions:

First, the household registration has been in Tibet for three years.

2. Have a three-year high school student status in Tibet High School.

Registration conditions for college entrance examination in Tibet:

1. Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC);

2. High school graduation or equivalent;

3. Good health;

4. Read carefully and be willing to abide by the enrollment brochures promulgated and implemented by the Provincial Admissions Committee and the High Admissions Office and other policies and regulations on enrollment management;

5. Those who apply for military academies must be fresh high school graduates under the age of 20; Those who apply for public security colleges must be no more than 22 years old; The age of applying for foreign language major in public security colleges is no more than 20 years old; Candidates applying for the above institutions and majors must be unmarried;

6. Candidates in juvenile classes must be pre-selected by the enrollment school, issued with the admission ticket, clarify the examination subjects, and notify the city and county (district) where the candidates are located. Candidates themselves apply, and after being approved by the municipal and county (district) admissions office, they can sign up for the examination at the designated place of the municipal admissions office. To apply for juvenile classes, you must be a very small number of junior high school students (excluding high school graduates) with extraordinary intelligence and excellent grades and under the age of 15.

Foreigners who have settled in China meet the registration requirements for the general college entrance examination, and can participate in the registration at designated places in cities with the Alien Residence Permit issued by the Provincial Public Security Department.

The Ministry of Education stipulates that the following three types of personnel are not allowed to participate in the general college entrance examination:

1. College students with higher education qualifications;

2. Students who have not graduated from senior secondary education schools;

3. Being taken compulsory measures by the relevant departments or serving a sentence for violating the criminal law.

Matters needing attention in college entrance examination registration

(1) Candidates who register for the general college entrance examination must collect the information and fingerprint information contained in the second-generation resident ID card chip.

(2) The information entered by the candidates should be signed by the candidates themselves. Candidates who refuse to sign without justifiable reasons or fail to sign for confirmation within the specified time (determined by cities) shall be deemed to have waived their rights, and the remaining problems arising therefrom shall be borne by the candidates themselves. Candidates who have objections to the conclusion of the physical examination and ask for a review application must go to the local admissions office (examination institute) to receive and fill out the application form for physical examination review, and will not be accepted after the deadline.

1. Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC), have graduated from senior secondary education schools (referring to senior secondary schools, technical secondary schools and secondary vocational schools, the same below) or equivalent academic qualifications, be in good health, have Tibetan household registration, and meet the provisions of the Conditions for Entrance Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in Xizang Autonomous Region (Tibetan Zhengban Fa [2006]13).

(1) cadres and workers in our region (including cadres and workers aiding Tibet and those who have worked in our region), urban residents with household registration in Tibet and children of farmers and herdsmen can apply for ordinary colleges and universities inside and outside the region.

Children of mainland government officials and workers who meet the requirements of Item (5) of Article 3 in Document No.200613 of the Tibetan Government Office, registered in Tibet, can apply for ordinary institutions of higher learning in and outside the region.

Xizang Autonomous Region Municipal People's Government in Golmud Office (hereinafter referred to as Golmud Office), cadres and employees' children of Tibet University for Nationalities can apply for ordinary colleges and universities inside and outside the region.

(2) In accordance with the provisions of Item (3) of Article 3 of DocumentNo. [2006]13 of Tibet Government Office, children who have moved in before July 36, 20 18, and obtained the status of senior secondary education in Tibet before September 30, 20 18, can apply for ordinary colleges and universities inside and outside the region.

(3) Children of investors who meet the provisions of Item (4) of Article 3 of Document No.2006 of Tibet Administration Office13, have registered industrial and commercial enterprises in Tibet for more than three years, moved to Tibet with their household registration before July 36, 20 18, and obtained the status of senior secondary education school in Tibet before September 30, 20 18.

(4) According to documentNo. [2006] 13 of the Tibetan Government Office, candidates who are not immediate family members, whose household registration moved to Tibet before July 36, 20 16, and who obtained the status of a senior secondary education school in Tibet before September 30, 20 16, and have already enrolled in the registered school, can apply for the exam outside the listed schools.

(5) Previous students in our district took the general college entrance examination in accordance with the Implementation Opinions on the Provisions on Admission Conditions of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in Xizang Autonomous Region (No.31[2006] of Tibetan Education Department). Registration shall be handled according to the following requirements:

1) Candidates who have participated in the general college entrance examination in our district in the past three years can apply for the exam after verification by the local (city) admissions offices.

2) Previous students must provide the archival materials of the street office or the archival materials of the first to third grades when registering.

2. The following persons shall not be registered:

(1) College students with higher education;

(2) Students who have not graduated from senior secondary education schools this year;

(3) fresh graduates who registered by deception in the non-graduation year of senior secondary education and illegally participated in the entrance examination of ordinary colleges and universities (including the national unified examination, the provincial unified examination and the entrance examination organized by colleges and universities separately, hereinafter referred to as the entrance examination of colleges and universities);

(4) Candidates who used communication tools to cheat in the college entrance examination in the last year, or candidates who took the exam instead of others or took the exam instead of others. , was identified as serious cheating in the exam;

3. Foreigners who have settled in our district apply for ordinary colleges and universities, and register with the local (city) Admissions Office with the Alien Residence Permit issued by the public security organ in our district.

4. Graduates of secondary vocational and technical schools can sign up for the corresponding higher vocational entrance examination of ordinary colleges and universities (hereinafter referred to as "corresponding higher vocational colleges"), or they can sign up for the national unified entrance examination of ordinary colleges and universities (hereinafter referred to as "national unified examination").
