What are the three Chu clans?

Chu, Qu, Jing and Zhao are all relatives of the country. Xiong's surname and Qu Jingzhao are also from secret surnames, but in the long aristocratic career, Qu Jingzhao has long been integrated with Chu State and is inseparable. Among them, the ancestor of Qu was Xiong Xian, the son of Xiong Tong (reigned from 740 BC to 690 BC), and he was born in Qu Di (now Zigui, Hubei), and his descendants were Qu Shi.

The ancestor of Jing surname is Zi Xi, the eldest son of King Chu Ping (reigned from 528 BC to 5 BC16 BC), and Trade Secrets and Analysis of Dan's Hometown is the hometown of Jing surname. Zhao's ancestor was Liang Zi, the son of King Zhao of Chu (reigned in 5 16- 489 BC), so he was later Zhao. During the Warring States Period, Zhao's famous ministers were: Zhao Xixi, Zhao Wei and Zhao Yang.

Brief introduction of Chu state

Chu is located in the vassal state of the Yangtze River valley, and the monarch is Mi and Xiong. During the Zhou Chengwang period (1042 ~ 102 1), Xiong Yi, the leader of the Chu people, was made a viscount and the State of Chu was established.

There were different opinions about the origin of the country name of Chu before the publication of Bamboo Slips of Tsinghua. After the publication of Bamboo Slips in Tsinghua, according to an article about the bear of Chu Xianjun in Chu Ju, the bear's wife, Yan Li, gave birth to Li Xiong during childbirth and died after caesarean section, while Li Xiong survived. After Yan Li's death, the wizard wrapped Chu in his abdomen and buried him. To commemorate her, later generations called their country "Chu".
