(58) The Marine Police Force was transferred to the Armed Police Force. According to the method of first handing over and then reorganizing, all the marine police teams and related functions under the leadership of the State Oceanic Administration (China Marine Police) will be assigned to the Armed Police Force.

Part of the functions of the former enterprise were assigned to China Gold Company. After the Armed Police Forest Force was transformed into a non-active professional team, the active establishment was transformed into an administrative establishment and merged into the emergency management department to undertake emergency rescue tasks such as forest fire fighting and give play to the role of the national emergency rescue professional team. After the Armed Police Hydropower Unit is converted into a non-active professional team, it will make full use of the original professional and technical strength to undertake the construction tasks of water conservancy and hydropower projects, and set up a state-owned enterprise, which can continue to use the name of China Anneng Construction Corporation and be managed by the State Council SASAC.

(60) The Armed Police Force no longer undertakes customs duties. The troops involved in customs duty were withdrawn at one time and returned to the Armed Police Force.

In order to supplement the gap of the first-line supervision power of the customs after the withdrawal and merger of the Armed Police Force, the customs system should combine the integration of the inspection and quarantine system, increase the potential of internal excavation, and at the same time, accept some demobilized officers and soldiers through the establishment of military transfer, and solve it by purchasing services and hiring security personnel.
