Process of going abroad

Form, fill in the form-sign and seal-take photos-copy the ID card and household registration book-I bring the information to the Exit-Entry Administration Brigade for handling.

First, the application form is collected at the Exit-Entry Administration Brigade or the police station in the jurisdiction where the household registration is located, and can also be downloaded and printed on the government affairs network in Wenchuan, China. The application form should be filled in accurately and truthfully.

Second, the sealing requirements:

1, personnel of administrative organs, enterprises and institutions (2 seals): a certificate of consent to go abroad (territory) is issued by the leader and stamped with the fresh seal of the unit and the police station where the household registration is located;

2. Other personnel (Chapter 3): issue the leaders' signature to agree to go abroad (territory) and affix the fresh seals of the village (neighborhood) committee where the household registration is located, the township (town) government and the police station where the household registration is located;

3. Receipt and photos of digital photo collection of entry-exit documents in Sichuan Province (all photo studios that meet the requirements for digital photo collection of entry-exit documents can collect them);

4. Original and photocopy of my ID card and household registration book (ID card and household registration book are copied on a piece of paper);

5. Applicants need to go to the Exit-Entry Administration Brigade to collect fingerprints and signatures in person.

Precautions:

1, all materials are in duplicate, and two materials are required for leading cadres at or above the county level to go abroad for private reasons, and for young people under 16 to apply for ordinary passports for special reasons;

2. Bring your bank card to pay the work fee.
