Yingpan Town is located in Zhashui County, Shaanxi Province.

Yingpan Town is located at the source of glycerol, northwest of Zhashui County, bordering ningshan county in the west and Chang 'an County in the north. It is the north gate of Zhashui County. The south exit of Xikang Railway and Xizuo Expressway is in this town.

Yingpan Town is high in the north and low in the south, and Niubeiliang in the north is 28 12 meters above sea level, which is the highest peak in East Qinling and the top of Shangluo. The town covers a total area of 363.52 square kilometers, governs 7 administrative villages, has 3/kloc-0 villagers' groups, and has a total population of 70 12 people (including 653/kloc-0 people).

After the founding of New China, Yingpan District was established, which governs four townships: Laolin Township, Longtan Township, Wang Yao Township and Taihe Township.
