Xi 'anzi Village in Shangmatai, wuqing district belongs to the buffer zone of Dahuangbao Wetland. According to relevant inquiry information, the first phase includes four villages in the core area (Wuzidian, Dongsiwo, Xisiwo and Sigaozhuang), and the second phase includes five villages in the buffer area (Caojiagang, Dongbalizhuang, Sima Ying, Xiaohuangbao and Chen Zhuang). In order to ensure the combination of ecological migration and improving villagers' living conditions, wuqing district decided to set up an ecological migration resettlement area in Matai Demonstration Town.
